Eligibility For Return

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

Proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are non-refundable

Limited releases and promotional items may be final Non-refundn-refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Worn or damaged items

Items without original packaging

Items returned after the 7-day window

How to Start A Return

Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but not received:

• Emore Collective is not responsible for carrier errors
